Art therapy at eARTh Studios is a chance to slow down, get curious, and explore how creativity can support growth and connection. Using both traditional art activities and hands-on work with clay and soapstone, participants discover new ways of expressing themselves, building confidence, and finding meaning through the creative process.

Who’s it for: Ages 8–12 or 12–18, 4–6 participants per group
Group sessions blend traditional art activities with soapstone carving, handbuilding, and wheel work. In community, participants can explore new materials, practice relating to others, and build trust in their own creative process. These sessions invite confidence, self-expression, and the therapeutic benefits of creating together.
